Tours

Bus tours of York pass by the Racecourse several times per day, and can be used to see York and/or visit particular sites. There are many historical places of interest, see Location.

There are also sites of special aviation interest which may require a more organised visit, and/or it may be desirable to have a group visit to some of the major attractions. Subject to sufficient demand, the organisers will arrange such visits, particularly on the Friday afternoon if the rain make-up time is not required.
The costs for such a tour are to be met by individuals and will depend upon the numbers involved and the choice of route.
